The South Jakarta Police have named the son of an arrogant tax official, Mario Dandy Satriyo, as a suspect in the assault on David, son of GP Ansor management, Wednesday, 22 February 2023.
Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – Tarakanita High School Jakarta confirmed that AG, Mario Dandy Satrio’s girlfriend, is a high school student and is now in class X. Tarakanita High School stated that it had taken action against AG in relation to the assault on David Ozora by Mario Dandy Satrio, who is the son of a tax official.
“That action has been taken against the student in question according to school rules and with due observance of related laws, including those regarding protection,” wrote a press statement for Tarakanita High School received, Thursday (24/2/2023).
In the press statement signed by the Principal of SMA Tarakanita 1, Sr. Pauletta on February 24, there was no mention of any sanctions or action being taken against AG.
Tarakanita High School admits that they are concerned and empathize with the persecution experienced by David Ozora or David Latumahina. Emphasized, violence is not part of Tarakanita’s values. For this reason, Tarakanita does not tolerate acts of bullying in any form by students either within the school environment or outside of school.
“That we respect and support the ongoing legal process so that justice is upheld,” he said.
It is known that AG is the girlfriend of Mario Dandy Satrio and the ex-girlfriend of the victim David Ozora. AG was at the scene when Mario mauled David. AG himself was questioned by investigators from the South Jakarta Police in the case of David’s persecution on Thursday (2/23/2/2023) yesterday.
Previously, South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi said that the abuse by the children of tax officials against the children of GP Ansor administrators began when a teenage girl with the initials AG (15) complained to Mario Dandy Satrio. AG complained about the unpleasant behavior committed by the victim.
“A few days before the incident the suspect tried to confirm this with the victim. Then the victim did not answer and could not meet,” said Ade when releasing this case, Wednesday (22/2/2023).
AG then contacted the victim again on Monday (20/2/2023). At that time AG said he wanted to return the victim’s student card.
“Then the victim said that the victim was visiting the house of his friend R, around the crime scene at the Grand Permata Complex in Ulujami,” said the police chief.
Mario Dandy Satrio then came to the victim’s friend’s house. The suspect came with AG and another person with the initial S in a black Jeep Rubicon. Arriving at R’s house, AG called David and asked him to come out.
The victim came out to meet the suspect and AG. At that moment, the suspect tried to confirm the unpleasant act that was reported by AG.
There was an argument between Mario and David before finally brutally assaulting the victim in the back of the suspect’s car.
“The perpetrator kicked the victim’s leg so that the victim fell, then the perpetrator hit the victim many times using the perpetrator’s right hand. Then when the victim had fallen, the perpetrator kicked the victim’s head. Then kicked the victim in the stomach,” said Ade Ary.
Shortly thereafter, R’s parents approached the crime scene and tried to help the victim. R’s parents also called complex security, who then contacted the Pesanggrahan Police.
“After receiving a report from the security officer at Grand Permata Cluster Boulevard, police officers from the Pesanggrahan Police arrived and immediately arrested the people at the TKP, namely sister A, then the MDS perpetrator and also witness S,” explained the police chief.
Meanwhile, the victim was immediately helped and taken to Medika Permata Hijau Hospital, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. Currently, South Jakarta Metro Police investigators have named Mario as a suspect and detained.
Mario was charged with Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection with a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison. Apart from that, Mario is also charged with Article 351 paragraph (2) concerning serious maltreatment with a maximum sentence of 5 years.
