A tanker truck carrying gas had an accident and overturned and crossed the section Jagorawi Toll Road the direction of Bogor has not yet been evacuated. Until now, the tanker truck is still being handled by officers.
“For information, the accident is still being handled,” said Call Center Officer Jasamarga Ahmad when contacted at 23.30 WIB, Tuesday (6/2/2024).
The process of evacuating the truck that rolled over at Km 17 has been going on for almost 8 hours. The incident occurred at around 16.00 WIB.
Ahmad said that currently there are two cranes at the location to evacuate the tanker truck.
“The two heavy equipment vehicles are already at the location, still being handled,” said Ahmad.
Congestion also still occurs on the toll road Tol Jagorawi direction Bogor. Contraflow is implemented to relieve traffic jams. Contraflow starts from Km 05+500 to Km 17+200 towards Bogor.
“The density was from around Kampung Rambutan to the location of the incident,” he said.
