The FSO (Floating Storage and Offloading) Safer, one of the largest oil tankers ever built, has been floating in the Red Sea off the coast of Yemen for 30 years as a floating storage facility. But since the start of the civil war in Yemen, the tanker has not been maintained. The ship is in such bad shape that it could explode or break up, the United Nations warn.
