TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Startups Tanijoy reaped protests about the certainty of the project and the existence of investors’ funds. The management explained the chronology of this refund issue.
"Permasalahan ini terjadi pada proyek yang masa panennya dimulai Maret 2020 sampai akhir 2020," kata pihak manajemen PT Tanijoy Agriteknologi Nusantara dalam keterangannya, Selasa, 27 Juli 2021.
Pihak manajemen mengatakan ada faktor force majeur, sehingga sejumlah proyek pendanaan mengalami kerugian. Perusahaan sebagai penghubung antara mitra tani dan pendana, mengupayakan untuk penyelesaian masalah. Salah satunya dengan adanya perpanjangan masa kontrak pinjam-meminjam.
Namun, kata pihak manajemen, beberapa petani belum bisa memenuhi hingga masa perpanjangan kontrak yang ditentukan. "Maka dari itu PT Tanijoy Agriteknologi Nusantara mengambil beberapa langkah strategis," katanya.

The second step is a discussion forum. The company claims to have provided a settlement discussion forum for all investor affected.
