Tangerang City Government Will Dismantle Concrete Walls That Close Access to Residents

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – A closed meeting attended by State Apparatus in the Asda Tiga room at the Government Center, Tangerang City regarding the construction of a concrete wall approximately three hundred meters long, which obstructs the activities of the owners of the surrounding houses.

Regional Assistant 1 for Tangerang City Administration Ivan Yudianto will explain to those who admit that the land belongs to him to be demolished because it interferes with the function of access.

“We also have a law 38 of 2004 related to roads, so anyone who interferes with the function of the road will be sanctioned, we will dismantle,” said Ivan.

Ivan conveyed that it gave the land owner the opportunity to dismantle the road. The government gave one to two days to dismantle it, if this was not done it would be torn down by the Regional Assistant 1 for Tangerang City Governance.

“We will also notify the person concerned so that we can dismantle it ourselves, we will give it the opportunity to unload it, if tomorrow, for example, it is not dismantled, it means that we will unload it next,” said Ivan.
