Chinese actress Tang Wei celebrated the birthday of her husband, director Kim Tae-yong, with their daughter.
On the 12th, Tang Wei posted two photos after tagging the location of Beijing, China through his social networking service (SNS).
The photo included a birthday cake with candles and a letter written in Chinese. The letter reads in Chinese: “On December 12, 2022, today I ate my father’s birthday cake,” which appears to have been written by Tang Wei and director Kim Tae-yong’s daughter.
In February this year, rumors of discord and separation broke out in China, but an official of Tangwei’s agency soon denied through other media, saying, “The Tangwei couple are happy, they are still recording the afterwords for the film by her husband, and the family is fine.” Later, in August, Tang Wei posted a photo of a child sitting with a toy between two adults, attracting attention as Tang Wei and director Kim Tae-yong’s family were alleged to be enjoying themselves.
Meanwhile, Tang Wei met director Kim Tae-yong during the film “Late Autumn” (2011) and lived in Korea after marrying director Kim Tae-yong in 2014. The couple later had a daughter in 2016.
