“Queer Eye”, the American version of “Homsepatruljen” here in Norway, is a great success on Netflix.

Included in the series is, among others, Tan France (37), and on his own Instagram, France now reveals that he is expecting his first child with his beloved Rob.

– No, I’m not pregnant

“I am so happy to finally be able to share that we will have children,” France writes on the photo sharing service. .

Above the text, he shares a picture of himself without a t-shirt, with a snapshot of an ultrasound image of the fetus on his stomach.

He continues:

“No, I’m not pregnant, despite this very realistic picture. But the biggest gift / help from the most amazing surrogate mother, Rob and I are so lucky that we will become parents this summer ».

But it does not stop there: At the end of the post, Tan France reveals the gender of the upcoming baby.

Became a US citizen

Tan and Rob France have been a couple since 2008, ie for just over 13 years. They had a long-distance relationship before marrying in 2013, while Tan later moved to Salt Lake City in the United States. Last summer, Tan France became a US citizen.

Here in Norway, it was in 2004 that four Norwegian, gay men took on the task of carrying out a “makeover” of heterosexual men. The style changes in the TV program “Homsepatruljen”, meant everything from clothes and hairstyle to decorating houses and homes.

The idea came from the popular American version “Queer Eye”, which was a great success on American television from 2003-2007. Later, the series resurfaced on Netflix, but with new men in the roles. The series is still a success in the United States.
