Since her drastic weight loss, Tammy has undergone a real transformation. She has cut her locks short, renovated her wardrobe and can now walk independently again and live on her own. This week she reached a new milestone, having been in a swimming pool for a long time. In fact, Tammy is so comfortable in her own skin that she took a photo in swimwear with her friend Michelle. “I’m proud of you,” Michelle captioned the photo.
The two apparently had an active day, because Michelle shared a photo of them posing together in front of a lake not much later. She writes that she and Tammy are ‘spiritual sisters’. ‘We have such a strong bond that we don’t have to explain anything to each other. You are my best friend.’ Her followers react enthusiastically to the photos: ‘Look at that girl, what a journey!’ someone writes. ‘What a transformation!’ another responds.
