The Blues have a lot to play for in the final stretch of the season, starting to counter things against Crystal Palace this weekend.
Abraham has been struggling with ankle problems for more than 2021 and hasn’t played since February after suffering setbacks in training.
Veteran defender Silva has also not played since February after suffering a thigh problem. The Brazilian was named to the bench against Everton but suffered a minor setback himself.
When asked about Abraham earlier this month, Tuchel said: ‘Honestly I’m a bit worried because it’s still the pain of the tackle against Burnley so we’re talking about a long time where it doesn’t really feel 100% free and comfortable; I can see it in training.
“Even though I finish training, I see that he is not 100 percent, that he is confident or he feels totally free.
“So yeah, I’m a little worried, but at the same time I have 100 percent confidence in our medical department, those guys are fantastic and now they take care of it.”
“First, it is more important that you feel safe, free and pain-free, and then we can think about your return.”
Mount, a key man for the club and the country, has started both England games so far, but did not participate in group training on Tuesday.
