Madurai: Tamil film actor Mohan was found dead on the road. Mohan (60), who became famous with Kamala Haasan’s Apoorva Bhadraman (1989), used to play comedy characters. Recently, Mohan was living in extreme poverty.
Mohan played the role of Appu in the movie Apoorva Bhadraman. He also played small roles in films like Naan Kadavul, Aamaa Manitarkal, etc. As he did not get opportunities in films, he moved to Thiruparanankundram.
Mohan was found dead on July 31. After being informed by the locals, the police reached and took further action. But it was only after a few days that the deceased was identified as Mohan. The body will be cremated in his native Salem after post-mortem.
