Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas. -From animal handling, to first aid, to attention to visitors, among other protocols, the training of the staff of the enclosures under its protection by the Tamaulipas Parks and Biodiversity Commission (CPBT) began.
Eduardo Rocha Orozco, member of the Commission, highlighted the importance of staff being permanently trained to optimize human resources.
“There will be training from Civil Protection and Gladys Porter Zoo specialists, all of this to provide better care to Tamaulipas families and those who visit us,” he said.
He indicated that it is about having preventive measures to be able to know how to act in possible moments that could arise and that we must be prepared to attend to them.
The training is for all staff, whether from the Tamatán Zoo; the Tamux Museum; The Planetarium; El Cielo Biosphere Ecological Park; the Tamatán Recreational Park and the Camino Real a Tula Park, as well as the turtle camps that are under the protection of the Commission.
He said: “These are vital issues for our Commission, from animal care to the psychological issues of employees, among others, which will be applied permanently and will be key to offering better service and attention.”
In the same way, we ask the population and all attendees to respect the signage and instructions of the personnel who work in the parks of Tamaulipas, he concluded.
