Tamás Menczer, the Fidesz parliamentary representative of the region, emphasized that he believes in communities both as a politician and as a private person, and that the most fundamental community is the family, which must be strengthened and supported. He emphasized that it is important for a parent to know that he is leaving his child in the right place, in the right circumstances and in the right hands, and for that reason special thanks must be given to all the employees of the kindergarten.
The Secretary of State announced:
the goal of the government is to have the desired children.
According to research, Hungarians are planning to have more children than they are having, which is why the government has set itself the goal that, if possible, there are no financial obstacles to having a child. And the long-term strategic goal is that those who have children do well financially, said Tamás Menczer.
He said that
the government has created a broad family support system, it spends 4-5 percent of GDP on family support, which is outstanding both in Europe and globally, and next year it will spend HUF 3,300 billion on family support.
He also mentioned that the fertility rate was 1.2 in 2010, “now with a lot of work, effort and cooperation, it has risen to 1.5, but the goal is 2.1”.
If no changes had taken place after 2010, 160,000 fewer children would have been born in the last 13 years, he added.
Zsuzsanna Csizmadia, the independent mayor of the settlement with nearly 2,900 inhabitants, said that the establishment of the kindergarten was the result of several years of hard work.
