Talpa Network is appealing against the outcome of the FM auction six months ago. Talpa, which owns the channels Radio 538, Radio 10 and Sky Radio, is challenging the decision that a party may only own three instead of four FM frequencies. A spokesperson for Talpa confirmed a message about this from the magazine Adinformatie on Wednesday.
