Tallink owner Infortar’s IPO starts today

Today begins the IPO of Tallink, Eesti Gaas, as well as Infortar, the owner of Gaso, a subsidiary of Latvian Gas. Shares can be subscribed from today until Thursday of next week, December 7, in the price range of 26-32 euros per share.

The number of shares to be issued during the offer is from 1,200,000 to 1,980,000 shares. The price range of the offer is EUR 26-32 per share. The financial amount of the offer is 31.2 – 63.4 million. euro.
