CIVIDAL. Sparkasse’s takeover bid on Civibank was successful. Subscriptions to the takeover bid on shares reached – on Tuesday 26 April – the minimum threshold of 45% set by CariBolzano for the success of the operation. Threshold reached and exceeded.
In fact, the communication given by the South Tyrolean institute in the afternoon specifies that subscriptions to the takeover bid on shares reached 46.33%. If we add to these the 0.51% brought as a dowry by the Friuli Foundation, which in the afternoon voted its yes to Sparkasse in the Board of Directors, the percentage is close to 47% when there are still eight days left to join .
