Take-Two is re-releasing Kerbal Space Program 2 and not releasing it until 2022 – Gaming – News

Take-Two has again postponed the release of its game Kerbal Space Program 2. The game, which should have been released this spring, will not be released until 2022. The developer wants the game to work reliably with the release.

Take-Two is not reporting what the new features are, but says it wants to build them in in a way that Kerbal Space Program 2 provides a foundation for modders that could last more than a decade. This winter, the developer of Take-Two wants to reveal more about new features in a separate video.

Take-Two announced Kerbal Space Program 2 last year and then said the game would be released for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Spring 2020. After that, it became clear that the space game will be released in fiscal year 2021, which starts April 1, 2020 and ends at the end of March 2021.

The first version of Kerbal Space Program was made by the studio Squad. That game was released in 2015 and has sold more than 3.5 million copies. Part 2 is more comprehensive, includes a new interface, enables interstellar travel and will support multiplayer, that is the promise.
