Rockstar Games’ parent company, Take-Two Interactive, announced Fall 2025 as the official release window for GTA 6 back in May 2024 during its earnings call. The company recently reported its latest financial results, and CEO Strauss Zelnick confirmed that Rockstar’s upcoming game is slated for a fall 2025 release.
No other important information related to the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto series has been revealed yet. However, confirmation of the aforementioned release window suggests that the project is on track and should be released next year. However, the exact release date remains a mystery.
Along with confirmation from Strauss Zelnick, as reported by Rockstar Games insider @videotechuk_ in a post, documents related to Take-Two’s August 2024 earnings call also show that a fall 2025 release date for GTA6 remains according to the schedule.
