JAKARTA – AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes pointed out that Air Asia’s newest business is an online taxi service called AirAsia Ride.
In posting to the Instagram account @tonyfernandes, Tony said the online taxi service would provide the best experience for its users.
Tony Fernandes also featured the figure of an AirAsia online taxi stewardess to the AirAsia online taxi driver costume.

Apart from that, he also uploaded a short video, which invites customers to download the AirAsia Super App application so that they can immediately enjoy the online transportation service.

This also indicates that AirAsia is now officially competing with Grab and Gojek in the ride-hailing business. Even though he has just arrived in Malaysia, Tony plans to take him to countries such as Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, including Indonesia.
