A mutant corona 19 from the UK has spread to countries around the world and the world is tense.
According to Reuters, the Taiwan Pandemic Command Center announced at a briefing held on the 30th that “a Taiwanese boy who recently returned to Korea by plane from the UK has been confirmed to have a mutation that started in the UK has been infected with Corona 19.”
“Unfortunately, the mutant virus has arrived in Taiwan,” said the center’s commander, “We will raise the level of our quarantine measures.”
Accordingly, the Taiwanese government has decided to completely ban foreigners who do not have a Taiwan residence card from January 1st.
To date, cases of mutant Corona 19 infection have been found in about 30 countries, including European countries such as France, Denmark, Italy, and Asian countries such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Japan.
Most of these viral mutations were detected in UK visitors and in close contact with visitors, but there are cases of infection that do not correspond to this type, raising the possibility that this virus mutation is already prevalent in countries.
