Ridouan Taghi wants to get out of the Extra Secure Institution (EBI) in Vught as soon as possible. The multiple murder suspect finds the regime inhumanly heavy and has gone to the Council for Criminal Justice and Youth Protection. It will meet in the EBI on 15 September.

Two well-established sources of this report The Telegraph. The RSJ neither confirms nor denies the appeal he filed through his lawyer Inez Weski against the decision of the judiciary to extend his stay in the EBI. “We should never make announcements about current affairs,” said a spokesman.

Toughest regime
The decision of the RSJ is binding. Taghi is trapped in the toughest regime in the EBI since his arrest in Dubai in December. This means, among other things, complete isolation. Justice wants to keep Taghi in the EBI for the time being because of flight risk. The OM also fears that Taghi will issue new murder orders if he can come into contact with fellow prisoners or the outside world.

Weski attorney confirms the appeal. “As is known, this is a very heavy regime in the EBI, of course my client cannot but endorse this. Incidentally, this concerns the usual extension decision. I cannot make any further announcements. ”
