TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Direktur Beauty and Wellbeing PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR), Sandeep Kohlii decided to resign from his post. Not only Sandeep Kohli, Unilever Home Care Director Shiv Sahgal also chose to resign. Two back directors This followed the President Director of Unilever Indonesia, Ira Noviarti, who submitted a letter of resignation to the Company.

The resignations of Sandeep Kohli and Shiv Sahgal were stated in Unilever Indonesia’s letter to the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The letter contains an Information Report or Material Facts dated November 24 2023. Thus, Unilever Indonesia has been abandoned by three of its top officials in just one month.

Just like Ira, Unilever Indonesia Director and Corporate Secretary Nurdiana Darus said that Shiv Sahgal and Sandeep Kohli resigned for personal reasons.

“The resignation of Mr. Shiv Sahgal and Mr. Sandeep Kohli from their respective positions as Directors of the Company, due to personal reasons,” said Nurdiana in the Information or Material Facts Report letter dated November 24 2023.
