The third day of hearing of the trial of a vast drug trafficking between Allier, in the Montluçon basin, and Puy-de-Dôme, in Clermont-Ferrand, was devoted to the requisitions of the public prosecutor and to the pleadings of the lawyers of nine of the ten defendants, this Wednesday, April 5.
Ten defendants have been on trial since Monday, April 3, for extensive drug trafficking between Allier (Montluçon, Désertines, Domérat) and Puy-de-Dôme (Clermont-Ferrand). All would have participated, to varying degrees, in this traffic, mainly heroin and cocaine, between January 2020 and March 2021. Some are also accused of possessing weapons and money laundering.
