Will Mawar end up in prison? Criminal investigators filed a motion to take him into custody
Tadeáš Mawar Růžička is currently going through another rough period. His mean attack on an unknown man at one of Prague’s swimming pools may send him to prison. Mawar, who was on parole at the time, is said to be currently in a pre-trial detention cell and a decision on his further fate should be made in the coming days. But the situation doesn’t look good for him at the moment.
“Criminal officers arrested a man in connection with the acts committed at the beginning of August, who is currently charged with the criminal offense of dangerous threats, robbery and disorderly conduct. Criminal investigators have now filed a motion to take the person into custody,” says Kristýna Soukupová, spokeswoman for the Police of the Czech Republic in the capital city of Prague
The information about Mawar being taken into custody has not yet been officially confirmed, but Růžička must now face the consequences of his aggressive behavior, which has a major impact on his sports career and personal life. He was definitively kicked out of his home Spejbl Gym, he lost a million-dollar fight with Vašek Sivák, and all other organizations gave up on him.
“People who know me know that I’ve been on the right path since I was in Thailand. This was just a slip of the tongue for which I will bear the consequences and of course I will face it like a man.” wrote Růžička recently on Instagram
