Tacna: Woman is sentenced to 35 years in prison for the murder of five people | National nnpp

The Superior Court of Justice of sentenced to 35 years in prison a woman accused of of five people in October, November and December in 2018.

This is Sonia Gaona Yagunó (27), who in complicity with her partner, identified as Yeyson Jorge Liendo Mamani, captured their victims in nightclubs, who intoxicated them and took them to lodgings.

Liendo Mamani was also sentenced to 35 years in prison after being found guilty of the crime of homicide qualified with the aggravating circumstances to hide another crime and with great cruelty.

According to the tax investigation, the victims were subjected to torture and were forced to reveal the keys to their bank accounts and were eventually left lifeless.

The murdered people were identified as José Luis Chino Ticona, former sports manager; Edwin Felipe Chacmana Aguilar, mining engineer; Rodolfo Mariano Alanoca Llanos, university professor; Guillermo Gutiérrez Salas, INPE worker; and Bladimir Hilario Calle Gutiérrez, a Zofra Tacna worker.
