An investor contacted me about T4 Trade (t4trade.com) and shared his experience. He was “pulled in” via the website tresorfx.com. This website claimed to offer high daily profits and had good reviews on trustpilot.com.
An Antony Baker contacted the data subject on 10/19/2022 and later referred them to an account manager named Steven Caruana. The affected investor started with €1,000 at skilling.com and later paid a total of €17,000 after losses. The manager suggested cashing out everything and starting at t4trade.com with better conditions.
What happened next at T4 Trade (t4trade.com)? No payment?
The affected investor deposited €10000 on 11/14/2022 and after a phone call with the manager he invested another €10000. After 2 days the account at T4 Trade (t4trade.com) was zero as the trades were made through a robot.
The affected investor gave the manager his login details so he could trade and deposited another €20000. A bonus of €20000 was claimed and they ended up with €40000 to trade with. After 4 days this account was also almost at zero. The manager was unable to give the data subject a capital protection contract as TresorFX had stopped serving EU customers due to alleged EU license renewals.
The affected person later contacted support, who forwarded the case. The alleged co-founder of tresorfx.com, John Richards, got in touch but was unable to reach the person concerned by phone. Since then, the concerned investor has suffered huge losses that no one in his family is aware of.
BKA publishes report on cybercrime
Inexperienced investors have been increasingly harmed in recent years. The BKA estimates the annual Damage to several million euros. Law enforcement agencies are improving their investigative methods to catch criminals.
In his Cybercrime Status Report 2021 the BKA reports a clear-up rate of 30 percent, which is high for online fraud. Criminals use the internet to remain anonymous.
