T-Mobile is introducing a new service: Multisim. With Multisim, customers with an Apple Watch Cellular can call and use the internet via 4G without a smartphone in their pocket. Multisim is suitable for customers who use an iPhone and an Apple Watch Cellular and can be ordered from October 29, 2021 in combination with the Cellular model of the Apple Watch Series 7. Both will be available from November 5, 2021. The new service pairs both devices to the same phone number. Multisim is a subscription for customers with a Go subscription and costs 5 Euro per month.

I bought an Apple Watch Cellular outside the Netherlands. Can I use it with my T-Mobile subscription?
Multisim can be used with all Apple Watch Cellular models that support the Watch OS 8 operating system. Those are the Apple Watch Cellular series 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and SE. Please note that variants have been released for different regions. You can ask Apple whether the Apple Watch Cellular that you have purchased outside the Netherlands is suitable for the T-Mobile network.

What is actually the difference between Apple Watch GPS and Cellular?

Why can’t I order the Apple Watch GPS from you?
The Apple Watch GPS cannot be ordered from T-Mobile. The Apple Watch Series 7 Cellular will be available to order from T-Mobile from October 29, 2021 and available from November 5, 2021. We support the full functionality of Apple Watch Cellular models with our new Multisim service.

On which number can I be reached with an Apple Watch Cellular if I take out a Multisim subscription?
T-Mobile customers who take out a Multisim subscription can be reached on their Apple Watch Cellular on the 06 number of the Go subscription.

The internet speed of the Multisim subscription is specially tailored to the functionality of the Cellular models of Apple Watch. The device is optimally supported.
