T-Mobile Offers Unlimited Data Weekends in October for Customers

The largest Czech mobile operator by number of clients, T-Mobile, is introducing a special promotion for its customers for the upcoming weekends in the month of October. According to the operator, this is a response to the ever-increasing interest in mobile data among users, which he also confirmed at the end of September Czech Statistical Office (CZSO).

T-Mobile gives away unlimited data

According to T-Mobile, tariff customers consume an average of 15 GB of data per month, according to data from the Czech Telecommunications Office (ČTÚ) from measurements in 2022, the consumption across users is an average of 7 GB per user per month. Thus, mobile data clearly displaces calls and texting, not to mention MMS messages.

T-Mobile thus decided to offer its clients the opportunity to surf the Internet during the weekends for free. The package is called Unlimited data weekend, and it will be available to practically all customers, both tariff and corporate customers, as well as those who use prepaid Twist cards, every weekend in October.

How to do it? All you have to do is activate the package in the My T-Mobile application for Android or iOS, specifically in the Special offers section, at any time during the working week, and you will have unlimited free data throughout Saturday and Sunday. The promotion is valid until 29/10/2023 and you can use it a total of four times, i.e. every weekend in October.

“We decided to make October weekends more pleasant for our customers, so that they can easily share their colorful autumn experiences from trips, sports activities and time spent with family and friends whenever and wherever they want,” adds Petra Běláková, manager of the household segment at T-Mobile.

Relatively recently, T-Mobile also offers a basic tariff with 7 GB of data (plus the service Always online), unlimited calls and SMS for an affordable price of 469 crowns per month. This is a discount from the original amount of 670 crowns, but be careful, this promotion is only temporary, valid until October 31, 2023.
