T-Mobile Polska extends the “Roaming services for Ukraine” offer. The current charges for roaming services in the territory of our eastern, war-torn neighbor will remain in force until June 30, 2024.

The offer referred to above applies to:
- T-Mobile subscribers (subscription services) in the T, Family, Jump, Heyah non-stop, Magenta Biznes and Jump proFirma tariffs,
- users of the Mix offer with the Frii MIX tariff,
- users of T-Mobile pre-paid, Heyah pre-paid and Biedronka offers.
If the announced changes are not accepted, customers of the T-Mobile network with the above-mentioned tariffs are entitled to the right to terminate the contract by January 1, 2024 at the latest. However, please remember that if you exercise this right before the specified contract period expires, The magenta operator has the right to demand payment of the claim provided for in this contract. Of course, there is nothing like this in pre-paid offers or indefinite-term contracts.
Roaming charges in Ukraine
Prices for calls in Ukraine and from Ukraine to Poland from January 1 next year will be as follows:
- voice calls (incoming and outgoing) – PLN 0.99 gross per minute,
- SMS messages (outgoing) – PLN 0.20 gross per piece,
- MMS and MMS messages to e-mail address (outgoing) – PLN 0.20 gross per 100 kB,
- Mobile Internet – PLN 49 gross per 1 GB.
Additional information can be found in the regulations. T-Mobile stipulated that the offer may be extended for another period.
