The reconstruction of the large-scale facility was completed at the end of 2020. Origo is a multifunctional shopping and business center at the crossroads of city traffic, where shopping and entertainment opportunities are combined under one roof, as well as an important transport hub – Riga Central Railway Station.

T / C Origo 35.7 thousand square meters are allocated for retail premises, while 11.5 thousand square meters are occupied by the business center Origo One, where Class A offices and business premises are located. It has 159 shops, 17 restaurants, 248 parking spaces, 70 bicycle sheds and 5 electric car charging stations.

The Origo project emphasizes high solutions for energy efficiency, water use and access to all sections of society, as well as other sustainability standards. T / C Origo new building and business center Origo One has received the highest rating of the world’s leading building sustainability assessment method BREEAM certificates among all shopping centers in the Baltic States and among all business centers in Latvia. 7 companies have set up Class A offices in the Origo One business center, including Enlabs Group, digital content studio TheSoul Publishing, Narvesen & Caffeine, Hili Properties, Colliers International, LETA and TVNET Group, covering a total area of 11,500 m2.
By investing 600 thousand euros, an extensive reconstruction of the intersection of Elizabetes and Satekles streets was carried out, making it much safer for both motorized vehicles and cyclists and pedestrians.
The project developer is SIA “Linstow Baltic”, the author of the construction project – SIA “Depo Projekts”, interior design authors – SIA Xcelsior, builders – SIA “Skonto Būve” and SIA “Skonto Construction”, landscape architects for new construction – SIA “ALPS” landscape workshop.
