Then we are looking for you as a Junior / Mid / Senior Support Engineer for our customer in Dresden.
What you do with us
- Searching, analyzing and correcting errors in the network infrastructure
- Configuration and monitoring of firewalls, VPN routers and other active network components
- Documentation, qualification and processing of tickets
- Participation in extensive network projects
- Network routing and switching
What you bring with you
- Training / studies in an IT-relevant area
- Knowledge and experience in the field of network infrastructures
- Experience with Cisco and Extreme Networks is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the configuration and monitoring of firewalls / VPN routers, etc.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- At least a good command of German and a good command of English with a willingness to pursue further training
