Then we are looking for you as a Junior / Mid / Senior Support Engineer for our customer in Dresden.

What you do with us

Searching, analyzing and correcting errors in the network infrastructure
Configuration and monitoring of firewalls, VPN routers and other active network components
Documentation, qualification and processing of tickets
Participation in extensive network projects
Network routing and switching

What you bring with you

Training / studies in an IT-relevant area
Knowledge and experience in the field of network infrastructures
Experience with Cisco and Extreme Networks is an advantage
In-depth knowledge of the configuration and monitoring of firewalls / VPN routers, etc.
Knowledge of ITIL processes
At least a good command of German and a good command of English with a willingness to pursue further training
