On the official website of SYRIZA, on Tuesday night, the Pothen Esches of the five candidates for the presidency of the party were posted.
With an income of around $1.7 million, Stefanos Kasselakis is the richest of the five candidates.
The smallest income, 5,423 euros, was declared by Apostolos Gletsos.
It is recalled that since Tuesday morning, when Stefanos Kasselakis’ Pothen Esches was published in the Editors’ Journal, a new conflict has arisen in SYRIZA with Mr. Kasselakis sending an extrajudicial letter to the Political Secretariat of his party and its members threatening to delete it.

The Political Secretariat of SYRIZA decided to post the Candidates’ Letters of Intent and condemned the extrajudicial protest of Stefanos Kasselakis as unacceptable.
The decision of the PG
“The PG of SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance met today, among other things, to advance the process regarding the nominations for the election of president, and the posting, today, of the candidates’ credentials, as provided for by the decisions of the Council of Ministers.
Consequently, leaks from anywhere regarding any candidate, have no meaning, are absolutely reprehensible and have nothing to do with the Secretary of the KE, nor with the PG and the party’s organs.
Any claim to the contrary is intended to create artificial tension, and does not correspond to reality.
The act of extrajudicial protest against the party organs by the former president is unprecedented and is returned as unacceptable.
· It is pointed out that, in the decision of the K.E. of September 21, 2024, it is set as a condition for all candidates to file a petition, so that it is published on the SYRIZA-PS website, and it is noted that “it is imperative, in order to prove in action and not in words, that neither our party , nor do our executives have anything to hide.” Therefore, the submission of the necessary signatures, as well as a copy of the relevant documents, constitutes express consent for its publication on the website.
