On Friday August 9, in the presence of the President of SYRIZA-PS, Stefanos Kasselakis, the Disability Policy and Human Rights think tanks held a joint online meeting, where the axes of the proposals that will be processed in the next period were discussed.
The discussion focused on the issues of accessibility and inclusion (daily life, health structures, public transport, KDAP, education – at every level – and training, access and opportunities in the labor market, etc.), the personal assistant, the National coordinator, in necessary policies for visible & invisible disabilities, and the need to create a National Register of Persons with Disabilities.
The meeting was attended by the head of Welfare & Social Cohesion, Katerina Notopoulou, as well as the coordinator of the party’s think tanks, Diana Voutirakou.
