The internal party disputes do not stop at SYRIZA. As it became known, twelve members of the SYRIZA Executive Committee refer Olga Gerovassilis, Costas Zachariadis and Apostolos Gletsos to the Ethics Committee.
The news was announced by the member of the KE, Sofia Injiadou. In a post he made on social media, he emphasized that this action was taken for the extreme positions of the three aforementioned. It is worth noting that the committee members are close to Stefanos Kasselakis.
In her post, Mrs. Inziadou states: “After extreme positions heard recently by a group of comrades of the central committee, indicatively 12 people wanting to express our dissatisfaction and protest, making use of the competent organs of the party, we referred today the in the morning to the ethics committee Mr. Gerovasilis, Mr. Zachariadis and Mr. Gletso so that he can take charge of the above incidents and do what the statute stipulates, imposing, if he so deems, the necessary disciplinary sanctions. We inform you that three separate files were submitted, one for each, including electronic files such as e.g. video material”.
