SYRIZA is once again moving towards election pace. This time the members of the party come today (10/03) to the internal party polls to elect new prefectural committees and new coordinators of the member organizations.
Today’s internal party elections are considered to be particularly important, as the executives who will be elected will be the first recipients of messages from each local community about what happened at the recent conference.
Within SYRIZA – PS, a campaign (“learn where you are voting”) was carried out in the previous days so that as many members as possible came to the polls, while a corresponding information email was sent by iSYRIZA.
Kasselakis in Thessaloniki and Nea Moudania, Halkidiki
The president of SYRIZA – PS, Stefanos Kasselakis, is making a two-day visit to Thessaloniki and Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, from today, Sunday, March 10. There, at 16:30, he will visit the offices of the Prefectural Committee of Thessaloniki, where polling stations will be set up for the internal party bodies.
The subject of the visit will be the culture of Northern Greece, as, today at 20:00, he will watch the documentary Unclickable, directed by Babis Makridis, as part of the Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival at the Olympian.
On Monday, March 11, at 09:00, he will meet with the mayor of Thessaloniki, Stelios Angeloudis. It is noted that SYRIZA – PS supported the candidacy of Angeloudis in the repeat municipal elections of October.
At 11:00 a.m. he will have a meeting with representatives of the Culture of Northern Greece in a central cafe of the city.
At 13:30 he will visit the premises of the Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival
At 15:30 he will visit the “Lighthouse of the World”, in Dendropotamos where he will have a meeting with Father Athenagoras.
At 21:00 he will attend the theatrical performance “Roz Molotov” (by M. Rappa – Th. Papathanasiou), directed by Dimitris Sourlas, from the theater group “PeriErgon Theatrical Group” at the Municipal Theater of Neo Moudania, Halkidiki.
Then, on Thursday, March 14, the European program of SYRIZA – PS will be presented in view of the European elections. The event will take place at the Foundation of Greater Hellenism with Stefanos Kasselakis as speaker. On Tuesday, an event will be held on accuracy and taxation, while on Friday, March 15, the president of the official opposition party will present himself to the army, specifically at the Recruit Center, in Sparta.
