Syrian Artist Tim Hassan Denies Divorce Rumors: Busy Filming New Series “Taj”

News was renewed about the divorce of the Syrian artist, Tim Hassan, from the Egyptian media personality, Wafaa Al-Kilani, as social media activists circulated the news of the divorce of the duo, who was absent from the media appearance recently, and most Arab media outlets also reported the news that was previously raised by the Lebanese journalist, Elie Bassil.

However, the information obtained by the “Fuchsia” website, from a private source close to both parties, confirmed that the rumors that spread during the past few hours about the separation of Tim Hassan and his wife, Wafaa Al-Kilani, were incorrect.

The source close to the duo said that Tim Hassan is currently busy filming his new series “Taj” in Syria, in which he stars alongside Bassam Koussa and singer Faya Younan, while Wafaa is preparing for a television talk show in complete secrecy, which may see the light in the next Ramadan season.

This was not the first time that rumors of separation targeted Tim Hassan and his wife. In 2021, Bassil, who resides in Canada, published news stating their divorce before it was denied by the duo.

At that time, Hassan documented, through his personal account on the “Instagram” platform, a picture of himself at home, leaning on the sofa, and commented on it, saying: “Have a good time, everyone.”

Wafaa also published a photo of herself from the same place and on the same sofa, which means that this photo was from Tim and Wafaa’s house, in an indirect response to the rumors of separation at the time.

It is noteworthy that Tim Hassan will appear in the Ramadan drama through the series “Taj”, written by Omar Abu Saada, directed by Samer Al-Barqawi and produced by (Al-Sabah Brothers).

Filming of the series began in the last days of last October after many postponements, and it will be shown in the month of Ramadan 2024 on the MBC network and the “Shahid” application under it.
