Doctor Talal Martinos, a cardiologist, revealed that the late Syrian artist, Muhammad Qanoua, was a heavy smoker, as he smoked 5 cans a day, and did not reduce smoking after the catheter procedure, adding that the Qanoua family also had a history of diabetes and heart disease.
Martinos indicated, in an interview with Arabesque FM, that two days before his death, Kanoua had installed 3 grids in the heart, and he was discharged from the hospital normally, but he returned to the hospital on Saturday after he complained of severe chest pain.
He explained that it was found that there was an acute myocardial infarction, and when an emergency catheter was performed, it was discovered that there was a blockage in three networks, and the arteries that were closed were opened, pointing out that the first aid measures did not succeed, due to the late arrival of Muhammad Qanoua in a state of heart shock and his pressure was 6 and his pulse was rapid.
Dr. Martinus confirmed that “the quality of the networks that were installed by the artist Muhammad Qanoua was excellent, and the stages of the medical procedures were documented with videos,” indicating that it usually happens – blockage of the arteries due to the patient’s body not responding to the fluid, or the patient stopping taking his medications, and also when the effectiveness of the medication is reduced. Weak due to poor workmanship.
It is noteworthy that the Syrian artist, Muhammad Qanoua, died on the second day of Eid al-Fitr, at the age of 49, after a myocardial infarction.
