The space dedicated to the artistic creation of pueblo from Buera, La Gata Montés, presents a day of “symbiosis” on Saturday the 11th. In it he will combine art and Moristel wine. The doors will open at 11 a.m. with artistic novelties by the Ojos del Ara association. Simultaneously, it is desired to claim the Moristel grape variety, native to Somontano, as an element of proximity. “From a sentimental memory of those times absent of technological advances,” the organization explains.
On this day, the dancer and photographer María Mateo will perform, who, with her dance, will stage the evolution and sensory aspects of the moristel. “Through movement and surrounded by art, a dreamlike atmosphere will be created for memory,” say the promoters.
Along with the dance, Margot Chacartegui will recite some poems linked to wine extracted from the work Acervo Circular. Like The dance of catar, the longed-for moristel or Ras viñas, you care in Aragonese from Somontano. And they are joined by Virgilio Aljama, musical author, who will perform his latest album Viral along with some wine allusions. The meeting will end with a Somontano wine.
We remember that this collective exhibition was born with “the aspiration of making current artistic trends known in a nearby geographical area,” La Gata Montés de Buera points out.
