SYMBIOSE aims to be a center of excellence, installed on either side of a pedestrian mall and planted, in continuity with the Hyacinthe district. Each lot offers a balance of full and empty spaces, plays with the topography of the site, in particular to integrate parking lots and favor the density of constructions to free up transverse landscaped spaces. All of these emergences are characterized by alignments, caesuras and visual breakthroughs. A few active facades on the ground floor liven up the mall. The architectural expression is intended to be sober and contemporary, favoring a hierarchy of materials and colors in order to highlight the different volumes.
