If you were already glued to the TV in the ’00s, you can watch Sylvie Meis’ performance in the series Costa! probably still remember. She played the character Ice in the spin-off of the cinema film. She appeared in 19 episodes.
In between she also played Ice in the TV movie Track!a comparable teen film that is not set on the Spanish costa, but on the winter ski slope.
Last feat
Already Costa! in Track! she played in the German TV movie Sophie from 2015, in which she portrayed herself. She was then briefly seen in the Dutch teen film Elvy’s Wereld So Ibiza! as the character Lola Kingston.
She played her last role in the German film Misfit. In it she had a striking and fun role as Direktorin Himmelmann. At FilmTotaal we are still waiting for Sylvie’s return in a film or series, but whether that will happen… For the time being, it doesn’t seem likely. But we don’t give up hope.
Swimming pool
Most Dutch Sylvie fans probably know her mainly from Instagram at the moment. She subsequently collected around 1.4 million followers. One of her latest posts shows her in a Greek swimming pool. “Cooling off,” she writes.
