– At the same time as we try to identify the people, our lawyers will assess whether the harassment and persecution of Listhaug is affected by the criminal law, says Bernsen.
– Never had a worse experience as a politician
In a post on Facebook on Wednesday, Sylvi Listhaug wrote about the horrible experience.
– Never before have I had a worse experience as a politician than today, the Frp politician begins the Facebook post.
She writes that she was followed by a group of Palestine activists all the way from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs into the security lock at the Storting. There, guards had to intervene and remove several of the activists by force, according to Listhaug.
– On the way I was filmed, served horrible accusations and ugly characteristics. I can of course tolerate this. But the limit is reached when some of them acted directly threatening, writes Listhaug.
She says that as a politician she has become used to receiving a lot of harassment, harassment and threats via the internet.
– I lived with bodyguard protection for several years when I was a minister. Today’s event was nevertheless something completely different from what I have experienced before. Much more terrifying.
Listhaug told Nettavisen on Wednesday that she experienced the activists’ behavior as threatening.
– It becomes like this that you think about your own safety when you walk alone in the street and there are people walking around you who get more and more angry, shout obscenities and film you. It is quite uncomfortable, says Listhaug, adding that she has not asked for more security since the incident.

– I expect that the police will make the assessments they have to make, and also that the Storting will make its assessments regarding security.
