SWR1 Christmas market on the 3rd Advent
Today it’s Christmas again in the whole of Baden-Württemberg, because the whole day on SWR1 Radio is about Christmas feelings in an atmospheric way. The most popular Christmas carols stimulate the pre-Christmas baking, sizzling and roasting. And to get the cooking spoon going, there are plenty of recipe ideas and kitchen tricks to be had between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Our “Taste the South. Baden-Württemberg ”colleague Eberhard Braun. We have a recipe idea for a vegetarian, Christmas main course.
The combination of fresh, sweet pumpkin and blue cheese complements the mushroom aromas and the nutty-sweet chestnuts perfectly. Eberhard Braun got this tip from a great cook colleague who opted for the combination of regional butternut squash and French blue cheese.
