Swordsman Dewi Perssik arrives at the Babul Khoirot Mosque, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. Dewi is scheduled to mediate with the local RT head, Malkan, after the polemic over the rejection of the sacrificial cow.
monitoring detikcom at the location, Thursday (29/6/2023), Dewi came around 16.10 WIB. Dewi immediately went up to the second floor of the mosque to mediate.
Dewi came accompanied by her niece, Rosa Meldianti. Dewi was seen wearing white clothes.
The RT head that Dewi meant, Malkan, also followed his arrival. He also went straight to the second floor of the mosque.
Previously, West Cilandak Urban Village Head Ilham Prasetyo said the two of them would undergo mediation this afternoon.
“The information is that later this afternoon there will be a mediation meeting at 4 (afternoon) at the mosque in that location,” said Ilham when contacted, Thursday (29/6).
Ilham said the parties who would attend were the RT head, residents, and Dewi Perssik. In addition, there will be parties from the Cilandak Police who will come.
“Maybe from the RT, maybe also from the residents, maybe later there will also be the police who will help mediate. Parties from the RT-RW elements aja temporary. If there is a continuation, it’s enough from the RT-RW first,” he added.
As for Dewi Perssik, she revealed that the alleged rejection of the sacrificial cow was through live Instagram on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, evening. He admitted that his sacrificial cow was rejected by the RT head in his neighborhood.
“I asked the ustadz near my house to send a cow for the sacrifice. But the ART and my security were yelled at by the RT 04 around my house. He said, this environment doesn’t need and there’s no shortage of meat,” said Dewi Perssik via live his Instagram.
Dewi Perssik also shared that her initial intention was to just entrust and ask for data from local residents who would be given the sacrificial meat. Even though the sacrificial animals were slaughtered elsewhere, Dewi Perssik admitted that she had asked for a list of names of residents to be given the sacrificial meat from her.
However, according to Dewi Perssik, the head of the local RT suddenly came and immediately refused the sacrifice from him. He also mentioned that the head of the RT asked for Rp. 100 million if he wanted his sacrificial cow to be taken care of and continue to sacrifice in his area.
