Switzerland’s Labor Productivity Shows Positive Growth Despite Pandemic Impact: Federal Office of Statistics

The labor productivity of the total economy has clearly increased in Switzerland. In 2021, by 2.6% at the prices of the previous year, before experiencing a weaker growth, of 1.2%, in 2022.

These results for hourly labor productivity fully take into account the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic,communicated Thursday the Federal Office of Statistics (FSO).
