Switzerland gives Belarus an ice hockey lesson

On Sunday afternoon, the Swiss national team had a well-deserved 6-0 win against Belarus, which they shared with the selection of Russian players (ROC) and Slovakia after six games (after every five games). Belarus has no chance of reaching the quarter-finals after the defeat as bottom of the group with four points.

In the minutes that followed, the Confederates continued to exert a lot of pressure on the Belarusians’ housing, but missed their chances. It wasn’t until 119 seconds before the end of the third that Joël Vermin ensured the reassuring 2-0 by finishing off Timo Meier steered into the gate.
