4G is enough. Some 200 people resumed the speech on Saturday outside the UN in Geneva. This rally was organized at the call of Stop5Ginternational.org, an organization that does not want 5G technology to be imposed on the population.
Other similar demonstrations have taken place in more than 30 countries. Rallies against 5G have also been set up elsewhere in Switzerland, in particular in Bern where they were around 200. For the opponents, the precautionary principle must apply to 5G, a technology which makes it possible to significantly increase speeds of mobile telephony.

Olivier Pahud, real estate agent, electrosensitive, mentioned the precedents in terms of innovations. X-rays, at the very beginning, were thus used by shoe merchants who could see if their client’s foot was comfortable in the shoe, regardless of the dangers. Asbestos has had the same story.
“5G is the drop that overflows the pan in which we cook on low heat,” noted Olivier Pahud. The latter denounced the sorcerer’s apprentices and recalled the presence, at present, of thousands of satellites, millions of antennas and billions of mobile phones.
According to the demonstrators, many scientists denounce the health, environmental, security, energy, ethical and democratic risks that the introduction of 5G poses. In Switzerland, operators are in full deployment of 5G, with new antennas or the transformation of 4G antennas. (Ps / nxp)
