Swiss Social Democratic Party Gains Momentum with Four Candidacies for Federal Council Elections

SP Federal Councilor Alain Berset is stepping down at the end of the year after twelve years in the state government. The Swiss Social Democratic Party now has four candidacies. On Monday, Grisons resident Jon Pult announced to the media in Bern that he would run to succeed Berset.

The SP Graubünden invited people to a point de press on the upcoming Federal Council elections in Bern on Monday. National Councilor Jon Pult, National Councilor Sandra Locher Benguerel and party president Andri Perl were present on site.
