BRATISLAVA. Norway will not be a rival of the Slovak national hockey team at the upcoming Swiss Cup in Vispe, which will take place from 16 to 17 December under the name NaturEnergie Challenge.

The Norwegian government announced a partial lockdown on Monday evening in connection with the deteriorating pandemic situation with the coronavirus, which also includes travel restrictions.
The Norwegians were to travel to Switzerland on Tuesday morning, but this did not happen. The official website of the Swiss Hockey Federation informs about it.

The Slovaks were to compete against the Norwegians in Vispe on Thursday and against one of the Switzerland-Latvia pairs on Friday.
