A couple of two young entrepreneurs, Sara-Jeanne Bouchard et Philippe Larouche (photo), also owners of La Bûche Glacée creamery in Beauport, is making its mark on the entertainment market with its turnkey treasure hunt concept, which transforms a family’s home into a large game board. Easter anticipation, the new “Eco Hunt” is available now in store and online. Having already won over more than 15,000 families, the immersive and “hassle-free for parents” formula convinced IGA, Clément, Benjo and other major retailers to embark on the adventure. The young company has thus seen its points of sale increase from 6 to 87 in one year and is aiming for 250 in the short term. Charlojeu should be translated next year to market them across Canada.
