Continuing the implementation of the project “12”, the group “Saldās sejas” has already released the eleventh song of the month, this time inviting singer Antras Stafeckas and the vocal group “4 tie”.
The authors of the song “July (We don’t care)” are the band members Jānis Narkevics Jr., Uģis Tirzītis and Guntars Račs, who is also the author of the lyrics. In addition, vocal parties have been arranged by Rūdolfs Bērtiņš, a member of the group “4 tie”. “We are excited about Antras and her contribution to the song! I myself have fulfilled one of my dreams of ever singing a song with him. She is great! The song itself is like a non-surrender anthem and tells about the fact that we don’t care about everything that happens to us and our fellow human beings, ”Jānis Narkevics is excited.
The songs “September” (performed by “Saldās sejas”), “Oktobris” (recorded in collaboration with Jānis Stībelis and the vocal group “Karameles”), “November” have already been made within the album “12” (with Aija Andrejeva, Ivo Fomins and Uldis Marhilevičs) , “December” (with the participation of “Favorable type”), “January” (with the group “Līvi”), lyrical “February” (with the participation of the vocal group “4 tie”), also a cover version of the group “Saldās sejas” Raimonda Paula and Alfred Kruklis’ song “We Met in March”, a song “April” recorded in collaboration with Normunds Rutulis and Mārtiņš Kanters, a song “June” recorded with Igo and a song “June” created in collaboration with “Ducelis” and Edvards Strazdiņš.
