Swedish Henrik Myllykoski (15) was found dead in an area around Säveån in Allingsås, north-east of Gothenburg, on Sunday evening.
The Aftonbladet reports.
The next of kin have been informed of the discovery.
Reported missing Tuesday
The last sign of life from the 15-year-old was registered on his “Snap-map” on Monday afternoon. He was reported missing on Tuesday, and since then the Swedish police have been looking for him with great resources.
Sounds the alarm: Fears abduction
The police initially investigated the case as an abduction, and arrested four people. Two of these have now been released.
Earlier on Sunday, the police came out and said that they are now investigating the case as a murder.
One charged with murder
One of the four arrested, a 16-year-old boy, is now charged with the murder of Myllykoski. It is unclear how he stands on the issue of criminal guilt.
Another boy is also in police custody, suspected of complicity.
The suspects have a relationship to each other, and to the deceased, according to the police.
During the arrest of the 16-year-old accused of murder, the police must have made technical seizures and other findings which Aftonbladet describes as interesting.
